I can honestly say I have been very impressed with how professional, courteous, and empathetic everyone I engaged with has been. I called a couple of weeks prior to my procedure and received all the information I needed. On the day of, I called to confirm a few additional details, and again, the team was very well informed. Finally, the procedure was managed really well, with context given, expectations set, and very clear post-procedure guidance given. I was already impressed at this point but a call in the evening from Dr Fried (Friday evening at 8 pm) just further affirmed the class and care of this clinic's operations.
